Add an employee with a PIN, let them clock in on a job from their phone, and see the hours on the job.

Add your employee: a name, their rates and a 4-digit PIN.

They open your shared link, pick their name and enter their PIN to clock in on a job.

They clock out when the work is done.

Employees see only their own recent hours, with no access to invoices, receipts, other employees or settings.

You see who's clocked in right now. A forgotten clock-out is flagged, and you can close it, correct either time, or delete a session.

Anything you change is marked, so edited sessions stay easy to tell apart.

No app store needed - it installs straight from this page.
